Sunday - Thursday, 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. (additional hours as needed)
Job Summary
Setting up Process ingredient and equipment, Mixing Brew/Smear/Wash/Dough as needed, have the ability and willingness to clean as needed, required to obtain and use LTO license/LTO. Ability to take additional needed trainings as needed. Starting up and shutting down equipment as needed. Make operator adjustments/take weights, Other tasks as business needs require.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following duties: Setting up ingredients and making mixes in the area of brewing, dough making, Smear, forming, proofing, and glazing/Wash the product to assure that they are made correctly; runs the make-up table, fryer and proofer, accurately following formulas; accurate maintenance of inventory; accurate documentation of lot numbers and strainer checks; use OPM/MCS/LPS/MIDAS/RMS, additional computer programs as needed, ; moderate equipment set-up and maintenance; responsible for keeping work area and equipment clean and orderly, keeping waste to a minimum; documenting production reports; entering measurement data and analyzing that information; would perform other duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain and use a LTO license/Scissor lift license
- Willingness to be flexible and perform tasks and functions as needed
- Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and ability to work without direct supervision
- Basic math skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and be organized
- Minor equipment maintenance
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to frequently lift and move 50 lbs.
- Steel-toed safety shoes
- Demonstrated ability to determine cause and effect
- Basic computer skills
- Good work, safety, and attendance records
- Knowledge of and adherence to personal safety, company food safety, product purity, and departmental procedures
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and work with management, co-workers and other departments
- Demonstrated ability to work over or come in early to set-up or shut down the line
- Demonstrated ability to train and develop others on equipment and line operating functions
- Following standard work and signing off on SOCs daily
- Participating in team lead problem solving activities
Preferred Qualifications
- OPM, LPS, RMS, MCS/HP 9000 and PC experience
- Mixing/Depositor/Oven/Cutter/Cremer Capper and Crème Operator experience
- Mechanical aptitude and skills
- Experience with yeast dough, making brew, yeast dough make-up tables, proofers, and steam kettle mixers, operator adjustments
