Lasercare Inc., is a sales and service organization for TRUMPF Industrial Lasers.
This is a hybrid, part-time position, consisting of approximately 10-15 hours on site and 10-15 hours remote work per week. Minimum 20 hours, Maximum 30 hours per week.
Our office is based in Kensington, NH and hours are semi-flexible, however would generally start between 11am-1pm and finish between 4pm-5pm, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities include performing a variety of administrative, clerical and warehouse based tasks.
In order to be successful in this role, you should be able to:
- Work Independently
- Possess strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse, fast paced environment, as part of an remote-based service team
- Be self-motivated, and able to work alone with minimal supervision
- Solid IT skills, and feel comfortable working with databases
- Maintain a high degree of accuracy while multitasking
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Remote Duties Include:
-Data entry
-Making/booking travel arrangements for Service Engineers
-Processing parts orders/customer quotes/stock orders
-Communication with customers via Email and Phone
In Office Duties Include:
-Inventory management
-Picking/shipping parts orders
-Processing/labeling/putting away new inventory & returns
-Maintaining a clean and orderly work environment
This position requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs
