RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Creates and maintains a culture of safe, reliant, and compliant operations
2. Enables Operational Excellence by driving Operational Discipline. Champions sound operational practices, including adherence to site and corporate operational policies, and effective procedure management and use while ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations.
3. Develops and sustains culture of high performance and accountability by setting expectations, organizing, planning, and leading team activities. Identifies and pursues opportunities for personal and team development to meet business and career objectives.
4. Drives culture of production, by ensuring successful implementation of production plan through planning, communication, and management of facility/area resources including the development and utilization of operational reporting and metrics.
5. Maintains proactive, professional, and effective field level customer relationships.
6. Establishes and communicates clear expectations for organizational behavior and manages performance of team members through coaching, mentoring and constructive feedback.
7. Assists and executes the financial budget for assigned area.
8. Promotes active engagement of all team members.
The successful candidate must have the ability to quickly develop a strong working knowledge of how the facility operates, the people involved, and an understanding of the challenges typically encountered. Along with being able to foster a culture of continuous improvement through routine team discussions with hourly and salary personnel to identify and act on improvement and value adding initiatives.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required, Advanced Degree preferred
- Prior Leadership experience preferred
- Experience in the Oil and Gas Industry, specifically Midstream or G&P preferred
