Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the operations team, ensuring strict adherence to regulations set by airlines, airports, ports, and other applicable authorities.
• Oversee the production, packaging, and distribution of catering products according to established DO & CO standards and schedules.
• Strategically plan, forecast, schedule, and effectively communicate production requirements.
• Lead and manage all operational teams. Assign tasks, provide training, and ensure a safe and productive working environment.
• Provide supervision, motivation, and assistance to a sizable team to optimize performance.
• Evaluate, strengthen, and enforce policies while ensuring compliance with safety measures.
• Guarantee adherence to OSHA compliance, Safe Program, and DOT standards/training. Enforce and monitor adherence to safety protocols and industrial hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure that all products meet or exceed industry and company standards. Implement and enforce quality control measures throughout the production process.
• Monitor and analyze transportation costs, generating relevant reports as per management requests.
• Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and safety.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-4 years of managerial experience within an operations or logistics environment.
• Preferred experience in a similar role or with airside, aviation, and/or FMCG.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills and diligence, exhibiting a keen attention to detail and a commitment to follow through on tasks.
• Ability to work independently and in a team sitting.
• Capable of thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced setting, adept at providing hands-on support to meet the diverse needs of our clientele.
• Demonstrates the ability to efficiently complete assigned tasks within stipulated timelines, ensuring adherence to strict deadlines.
• Proficient computer skills; preferred in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Estimated Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 Annually
