Adecco is currently assisting a local financial client in their search for two Operations Specialists in Pennington, NJ The position is 10 months long with opportunity for extension and offers a starting pay rate of $23.44/hr. plus overtime.
The Operations Specialist is responsible for transaction processing, reconciliation, and resolution of research requests supporting the wealth management business. Additional responsibilities include providing quality assurance, fulfillment and scanning of documents. Also, proactively identifies risk and opportunities for process improvement based on an understanding of how the work impacts other operational units.

Ideal candidates must have strong communication and organizational skills, be proficient with MS Office Suite, and thrive in a fast-paced office environment. Bachelor's degree preferred or 3+ years of experience in Financial Services is preferred

Pay Details: $23.44 per hour
