Operations Specialist - Online Tutoring

As an Operations Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all administrative and operational duties associated with the UNLIMITEDTUTORING service. You will help establish and maintain systems for efficient client onboarding, tutor supervision, and subscriber growth.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conducting phone and virtual presentations to parents, students, and school administrators highlighting the features and benefits of the UNLIMITEDTUTORING service.
• Interviewing and supervising tutors. Establishing and enforcing tutoring best practices that ensure high quality of service.
• Responding to or escalating incoming communications (calls/texts/emails) to appropriate personnel utilizing CRM based on defined guidelines.
• Registering, onboarding, and training new students, parents, and academic administrators in using the service.
• Assisting with special projects and performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Skills and Education Experience:

• Customer-focused but action-oriented. Empathetic but has a drive for results.
• Strong initiative and ability to carry out a variety of complex assignments without detailed instructions
• Past experience in admission offices, customer service, and/or contact center experience highly preferred.
• Spanish-English bilingual preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree Required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
