Genesis10 is seeking an experienced Operations Specialist for a contract-to-hire position supporting a financial services client based in Pittsburgh, PA.
Pay: $20.00/hr W2
Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid - onsite 3 days per week)
Period of Performance: starts April 2023; hire after contractual period
Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
Job Duties
- This role will assist multiple Operations teams who support Investment Management, Banking and Loan products though out the life of an account.
- The functional work performed supports processes related to Account Openings, KYC, Securities Processing, Various Cash Activities, Fees, Tax, Mortgage and Loan Origination/Advances/Payments, Deposits, Accounting, Reconciliations, Records Management and Account Closings.
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience
- Experience with MS Office products
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle high volume of work
- Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no C2C)
