Our Engagement Operations Services team provides centralized services and support to engagement teams. Partnering closely with the service line and technology teams, we focused on driving efficiency, quality, and margin optimization in the delivery of the Firm's services to our clients. Engagement Operation Services has a defined set of services that support both processes common across Assurance, Advisory and Tax as well as processes unique to each service line. We utilize a continuous improvement mindset to consistently strive to improve processes and delivery quality through innovation, learning and teamwork.
Our Engagement Operations team is seeking a talented and skilled professional to join our team as a Engagement Operations Specialist. This role will be part of the team supporting our Registered Funds Service Line. We are open to this position being in any of our following offices: Cleveland, Akron, Youngstown, OH; Philadelphia, PA or Milwaukee, WI.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary throughout the year based on business cycles but include:
- Engagement Letter Preparation
- Processing electronic engagement letters and correspondence using DocuSign
- Electronic document management and tracking Agreements
- Preparing and reviewing consents and communicating with the Administrators
- Editing, formatting, and finalizing Board Books
- Board Book and correspondence letter preparation
- Handling a variety of one-off and recurring requests which may not be listed here.
- 3-5 years of previous experience in a business operations role
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills; Computer Savvy
- Strong attention to detail; Organized
- Growth and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to escalate clearly and promptly when issues arise with service delivery or prioritization
- Excellent people and communication skills with a team player attitude
- Overtime may be required during peak times of the year, including some evenings and Saturdays
