Hours: 4 a.m to 1 p.m
Key Responsibilities Include:
ARP team supports Account Reconciliation, Positive Pay, CD ROM, and Statement Rendering.
The Ops Processor - ARP (Account Reconciliation Program) is responsible for reviewing checks and making decisions based on the customer requirements. Provides statement reconciliation, mailing, or other forms to deliver the reconciliation and statement to the customers. Support ARP processes, including troubleshooting file issues and escalating issues when appropriate. Follow policies, procedures, and regulations, including proper documentation and accurate recordkeeping. Respond to inquiries related to ARP activities from various internal sources while applying sound decision-making techniques and exhibiting necessary follow-through.
The ideal candidate possesses impeccable customer service skills, excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to maintain poise under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Service/support to internal business partners through email and phone calls
- Monitoring and maintaining Positive Pay accounts daily by researching and correcting rejects and exceptions utilizing the ARP/SMS online application, Image Retrieval System, and Adjustment Express.
- Reconciling and mailing corporate accounts with DDA statements and CD-ROMs of Imaged checks
- Processing user-defined calendar cut-off requests
- Scanning and filing reports daily
- Setup new customers
- Providing updates and changes to instructions via the Online system. Other duties include maintaining reports, keeping accurate records for reconciling and tracking purposes, and meeting quality goals and standards established by management.
- Maintaining good relationships with clients and team members
Key Requirements Include:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Strong analytical skills
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary service
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within the parameters of instructions given
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills
- High School diploma required; degree preferred or equivalent experience/working knowledge of banking/operations
