Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Arisa Medical. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our business, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, staff management, and operational excellence. This position is mostly remote but will require travel to our local offices as well as those across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day to day operations at all facilities including inventory management, IT issues, and staffing coverage

- Hire and manage receptionists at all locations

- Fill in for receptionists when needed

- Manage any other tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree Business Management or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager in a multi location business.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in practice management software and technology solutions.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
