Be part of a team that is bringing revolutionary technology to the mining and remediation industries. We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the operations team as we scale and deploy our HPSA technology to various markets.
Job Description:
- Work with the COO to plan, schedule, assign, and direct work to operations personnel.
- Directly responsible for the safety program, environmental compliance, employee training and development, and all operating personnel functions.
- Provide leadership and manage the planning and direction of activities at multiple locations (Casper, WY, and Westminster, CO) as well as sites where units are deployed.
- Supervise contractors engaged in construction, testing and operations of equipment.
- Be responsible for the operation and maintenance of equipment, instrumentation, pumps, auxiliary equipment, motors, valves, seals, and other related rental equipment.
- Lead project management as the company deploys units to different pilot and operating locations across the U.S. and internationally.
- Work with the supply chain manager to ensure unit development is on track to meet business development timelines.
- Bridge the gap between engineering/R&D of new units to deployment and operation of the units in the field.
- Be tactical and strategic in operational planning and innovative as challenges arise.
Minimum Requirements:
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and innovative mindset.
- Minimum of an associate degree from an accredited institution in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years’ work experience in an operational leadership position.
- Experience working with pumps, agitators, conveyors, loaders, and filter presses is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage crews at multiple locations and multiple tasks daily.
- Strong proficiency level in MS Office applications that may include but are not limited to Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong customer focus in dealing with engineering, field operations and other internal and external groups.
- Must be able to work with a team, take direction from management, adhere to required work schedules, have strong attention to details, and follow work rules.
- Ability to successfully perform multiple tasks with strict deadlines.
- Ability to organize and prioritize daily work.
- Valid driver’s license.
Location: Casper, WY
Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 DOE
