About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the operations team as we scale and deploy our HPSA technology to various markets. Reporting and collaborating with the COO, the Operations manager will be responsible for operational planning and personnel direction.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for activities at multiple locations (Casper, WY, and Westminster, CO) and deployment sites
- Supervise contractors in construction, testing, and equipment operations
- Manage operation and maintenance of equipment, instrumentation, and related rental equipment
- Lead project management for unit deployment nationally and internationally
- Work with supply chain manager to ensure unit development aligns with business timelines
- Bridge the gap between engineering/R&D and field deployment, emphasizing tactical and strategic operational planning
- Oversee safety, environmental compliance, employee training, and operational functions
- Successfully handle multiple tasks with strict deadlines and prioritize daily work
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in operational leadership
- Minimum associate degree in Engineering, Business or a related field from an accredited institution
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and innovative mindset
- Strong leadership skills with managing crews across multiple locations and tasks daily
- Possess advanced proficiency in MS Office applications
- Showcase a customer-focused approach in interactions with engineering, field operations, and other internal and external groups
- Ability to work effectively as a team and independently
- Preferably have experience with pumps, agitators, conveyors, loaders, and filter presses
- Flexibility to work in the office with roughly 25% of the job involving travel to various locations
- Valid Driver's license

- Salary Range: $100k - $160k + Bonus + Additional discretionary bonus (Dependent on Skills & Experience).
