Join a thriving health organization that is providing state-of-the art care to a growing community through their network of clinics. Clinic Operations RN Manager will have oversight of daily operations of the clinics ensuring a high quality of care to the patients. Coordinates and supervises all nursing and general clinic management activities. Tracks compliance with all federal and state regulatory requirements. Ensures all clinic practices are staffed appropriately to maximize their practice operating efficiency/effectiveness Assesses and helps implement business analytics designed to drive elevated clinic operational performance. This position reports to the Director of Operations.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• Full time

Requirements:

• BSN, required.
• Masters, preferred.
• Current State RN License, required.
• 5+ years of experience leading multiple complex medical practices with an understanding of how to build and enhance operating systems, required.
• Refined functional working knowledge of HIPPA, OSHA, and other State and Federal clinic operating regulations, required.
• Strong Business acumen to developing/analyzing and utilizing analytics to assess and continually improve clinic operating performance and Budget development, required.
• Previous experience working in a highly-matrixed work environment, required.
• Successfully developed Clinic Operations in a venture-capital backed health system, required.
