About the Role of Operations Manager:
This position emphasizes the recognition of individuals for their unique contributions and efforts while maintaining a warm and welcoming approach. As an essential part of Drury Hotels' Operations Leadership team, your role will involve:

• Exhibiting expert leadership across all hotel departments, ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest service.
• Training, guiding, and supporting team members to realize their full potential in their roles.
• Upholding high standards of quality, service, profitability, and team achievement aligned with key business metrics.
• Serving as a standard for quality assurance best practices daily, ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds all performance benchmarks.

Qualifications To Be Considered:

• Hotel management experience is required.
• Selfless passion to serve others and exceed guests expectations.
• Bachelors degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of one-year supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success.
• Bilingual preferred, not required.
• Requires ability to walk and stand during entire working period or up to 5 or 6 hours. Requires ability to lift 10 - 15 pounds intermittently during the work shift.
