Human Resources Operations ManagerPartner Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of a continuous improvement HR roadmap that enhances HR value through expanded capability, increased ease of use, and greater efficiency/accuracy
- Lead and continuously develop the team responsible for HR Operational activities across the organization
- Develop and deliver training for HR teams, managers, and associates regarding the full cycle of HR processes from onboarding to offboarding and enable understanding of KPIs through innovative metrics and reporting tools
- Support process development, training and execution of company-wide performance management programs, promotion and compensation cycles and leveling, as well as other critical people programs
- Develop and execute compensation programs and processes to ensure competitive and compliant practices that support our growing workforce and ensure we compete in an ever-changing environment
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, day shift
- Hybrid – 2 days work from home per week
Human Resources Operations ManagerRequirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager or HRBP
- Experience in a role focused on payroll, compensation, and/or benefits
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- HRMS/HRIS system experience
- Must be proficient in Excl (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Compensation:
- $115,000 - $150,000
- Annual company performance-based bonus
