As an Operation Manager overseeing the East Coast operations you will play a role in managing security personnel and ensuring clients satisfaction through our cutting-edge technology and communication systems. Operating from our East Coast Regional office located in Lyndhurst NJ, you will be responsible for maintaining a seamless workflow, implementing security protocols, and optimizing operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Valid and clean driver's license.
• Proficient in computer skills with expertise in Apple computers and software applications (Excel, Word, Paycom, TrackTik).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in security operations or a related field is advantageous.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
