Essential Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping: Maintain precise financial records and perform timely bank reconciliations using our accounting software.
• Accounts Payable: Manage invoice processing and vendor payments, ensuring accuracy and addressing discrepancies.
• Accounts Receivable: Oversee invoicing and pursue outstanding payments to optimize cash flow.
• Payroll: Execute payroll processes compliant with tax regulations and company policies.
• Performance Reviews: Lead the coordination of performance evaluations, setting clear goals and offering feedback.
• Event Planning: Spearhead the planning and execution of company events, managing all related logistics.
• Open Enrollment: Guide employees through benefits selection during open enrollment periods.
• PTO Management: Administer employee paid time off, ensuring policy adherence.
• Annual Budget: Contribute to the creation and management of the annual budget in collaboration with department heads.
• Recruiting and Hiring: Drive the recruitment process to meet the organization's staffing needs efficiently.

Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in finance.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage tasks efficiently.
• A self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a high degree of initiative.
