Essential Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping: Maintain precise financial records and perform timely bank reconciliations using our accounting software.
- Accounts Payable: Manage invoice processing and vendor payments, ensuring accuracy and addressing discrepancies.
- Accounts Receivable: Oversee invoicing and pursue outstanding payments to optimize cash flow.
- Payroll: Execute payroll processes compliant with tax regulations and company policies.
- Performance Reviews: Lead the coordination of performance evaluations, setting clear goals and offering feedback.
- Event Planning: Spearhead the planning and execution of company events, managing all related logistics.
- Open Enrollment: Guide employees through benefits selection during open enrollment periods.
- PTO Management: Administer employee paid time off, ensuring policy adherence.
- Annual Budget: Contribute to the creation and management of the annual budget in collaboration with department heads.
- Recruiting and Hiring: Drive the recruitment process to meet the organization's staffing needs efficiently.
Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in finance.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage tasks efficiently.
- A self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a high degree of initiative.
