Shape Corp.; Grand Haven, MI; Operations Manager; Drive continuous and breakthrough improvement through plant priorities and resources using the SES tools and; be accountable for basic plant management missions including ensure safety of team members, ensure permanent customer satisfaction and building strong relationships, manage variable margin, mange overhead costs, manage inventories, set plant layout, support sales department of customer claims negotiation, support sales department for customer claims negotiation, support program team, to create best conditions for production, secure launches and ensure competitiveness/profitability of new programs, drive supplier performance improvement, and material consumption reduction with purchasing department, interface with local authorities, and ensure staffing, onboarding raining, empowerment, and development of all plant team members including managers and professionals and develop team to prepare succession.
Requirements
