Job Summary
The Operations Manager Intern will play a pivotal role while working with the Operations team supporting value-based operational strategies using a process driven approach. The Operations Manager Intern will work closely with the Sr. Director of Operations and the Chief Operations Officer to develop operational project plans and deploy process improvement across MyCare clinical operations to improve patient outcomes and drive revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supports practice and corporate operations while working with by being a champion of change while embracing opportunities to improve overall company performance.
- Manages operational projects and serves as the department Project Manager.
- Utilizes key performance indicators (KPIs) and data analysis to measure productivity and identify areas for optimization.
- Writes and enforces Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth, streamlined, and efficient systems and workflows.
- Partners with market leadership and cross functional leaders to oversee the implementation of strategic, operational projects and programs that drive revenue growth, value-based contract performance and patient retention.
- Partners with Area Directors and Cross Functional leaders to implement and manage projects across departments and workstreams.
- Ensures compliance with associated regulatory agencies and bodies.

Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field or 7 years of progressive health care leadership in value-based care.
- Master’s in health care or MBA preferred.
- 5 years’ experience leading high performing teams and change management.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- 2 years’ experience in Project Management
