The Cole Team at RE/MAX Nautical Realty is looking for an experienced Operations Manager who is passionate about real estate and is committed to delivering premium customer service. This role will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, continuously improving workloads, and collaborating with our leadership team. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational, problem-solving skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the real estate process. Compensation:$40,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations, including providing guidance to agents, coordinating operational activities, and resolving operational issues.
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics to ensure consistent quality and measurable results.
- Develop, implement, and maintain operational policies, procedures, and processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Monitor independent contractors and evaluate performance, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.
- Collaborate closely with other departments and maintain relationships with vendors to maximize operational success.
- US Work Authorization
- 18 years or older
- Marketing experience (social media, video content, mailers, etc.)
- Computer Skills (preferably involving real estate programs)
- Track analytics
- Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to develop and maintain positive interpersonal relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of applicable industry regulations
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments
