Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is the flagship casino resort of Hard Rock International, owned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida. Responsibilities:

Under the direction of the Director of Ticket Operations, this position will oversee the creation of new Hard Rock Live events in Ticketmaster. Hard Rock Live is South Florida’s premier live events venue, with top tier acts performing in an intimate setting. This person will manage communications with Artist Teams and Promoter Partners and will oversee communications internally with various stakeholders at the Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood property. This position will have a varying schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, along with typical office hours, as assigned.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage the initial and ongoing ticket builds for all public events at Hard Rock Live
  • Excellent attention and ownership of critical details in proper set-up and management of ticket pricing, event details, and inventory control and management
  • Handle internal communications with various stakeholders (executives, marketing, player development, etc.) as it pertains to Hard Rock Live ticketing.
  • Coordinates with Ticketmaster Event Specialist and Customer Specialist to implement any changes in pricing and promotions.
  • Implement strategies to maximize revenue on dynamic inventory like Platinum.
  • Manages inventory for the Tribe, Player Development, Artists, and General Public
  • Create different seating configurations and online promotions within Ticketmaster.
  • Generate and Distribute Daily Ticket Counts to internal stakeholders.
  • Work with the Assistant Box Office Manager to supervise hourly Box Office Staff
  • Manage settlement process and distribute closing financial reports to internal and external stakeholders
  • Must adhere to the Seminole Tribe's Policies and Procedures.
  • Maintain professional relationships with all artists’ marketing teams.
  • Knowledge of the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino policies, procedures, and operations.
  • Must possess strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in unique situations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required with two (2) years of cashiering experience and one (1) year of supervisory experience preferred.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

  • The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.

The Tribal Council gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans. First preference in hiring, training, promoting and in all other aspects of employment is given to members of the Seminole Tribe who meet the job requirements. Second preference is given to members of other federally recognized Native American Tribes who meet the job requirements.
