Job Description:
We are seeking passionate individuals to join our dynamic team at an innovative Urgent Care start up. As an Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Urgent Care facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of high-quality healthcare services to our patients while maintaining operational excellence. Experience with an Urgent Care start up would be highly valued and advantageous for this role.
Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight: Manage and optimize the daily operations of multiple Urgent Care facilities, including staffing, patient flow, inventory management, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Staff Management: Train, and supervise clinical and administrative staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to ensure adherence to clinical protocols, patient safety standards, and customer satisfaction goals.
Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for revenue growth through operational efficiencies and service expansion.
Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to negotiate contracts, procure equipment and supplies, and ensure the smooth functioning of all operational processes.
Technology Integration: Leverage technology solutions to streamline operations, enhance patient experience, and improve data management and reporting capabilities.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of healthcare regulations, accreditation requirements, and industry best practices, ensuring full compliance and readiness for audits and inspections.
Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations management, preferably in an Urgent Care setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements, driving operational efficiencies, and achieving measurable results.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and quality assurance protocols.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and Google and Microsoft Office Suite.
