Position Overview: As the Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Mental Health and Substance Abuse Facility. Working closely with the executive leadership team, you will contribute to the strategic development and implementation of initiatives that ensure the delivery of high-quality care, compliance with regulatory standards, and overall operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the facility.
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline processes, optimize resource utilization, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to mental health and substance abuse treatment facilities.
- Implement and oversee quality assurance programs to maintain the highest standards of care and service delivery.
- Financial Management:
- Work closely with the finance department to develop and manage budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and resource allocation alignment with organizational goals.
- Staff Development and Management:
- Hire, Train, mentor, and develop a high-performing operational team, specifically in the BHT department.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes professional growth and employee engagement.
- Strategic Planning:
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans, aligning operational objectives with the overall mission and vision of the organization.
- Collaboration:
- Foster effective communication and collaboration between departments to enhance interdisciplinary teamwork and patient care.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in healthcare operations, specifically in mental health and substance abuse facilities.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
