SalaryWe are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Greenville. As an integral part of our property management division, the Operations Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing operational functions, managing resources, implementing process improvements, ensuring quality assurance, and contributing to budgeting and cost control initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Oversight:
- Direct and manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth property management processes.
- Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures.
2. Resource Management:
- Optimize resource allocation to enhance operational efficiency.
- Supervise and lead a team to achieve operational goals.
3. Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for process enhancement and lead initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement streamlined processes.
4. Quality Assurance:
- Monitor and assess the quality of property management services.
- Develop and implement quality assurance measures to meet or exceed industry standards.
5. Budgeting and Cost Control:
- Contribute to the development and management of budgets.
- Implement cost-effective measures to optimize operational expenses.
6. Team Leadership and Communication:
- Provide strong leadership to the operations team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and other departments.
Qualifications:
- Operations Level Management Experience in property management or related field.
- Strong Leadership and Interpersonal Skills.
- Proficient in Project Management and Process Improvement.
- Familiarity with Property Maintenance practices.
- Effective Communication and Organizational Abilities.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
