- Manage and oversee daily operations of our business across North America
- Identify, analyze, and develop processes and playbooks for expansion and execution
- Meet operational targets and deliver high-quality service to our customers, removing any barriers to expansion
- Manage and oversee the onboarding process for new users on the app-based marketplace – includes customers and gig workers
- Work closely with departments such as marketing, product, tech etc. to ensure that our operations can support the overall growth strategy
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience in automotive service or parts operations preferred.
- Experience working within a digital / app marketplace.
- Experience with independent contractor / 1099 workforce.
- 2+ years managing direct reports
- Strong knowledge of CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
- Start-up/Business building experience preferred
- Team player with strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Self-confident, motivated, and willing to learn in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Strong knowledge of MS office suite
