Operations Lead: CL4 / EX3
As an Operations Lead, part of the New Business Venture team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our business in North America. You will work closely with several departments to ensure that our operations are aligned with our overall business strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in operations management, strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will report directly to the Head of Operations.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage and oversee daily operations of our business across North America
- Identify, analyze, and develop processes and playbooks for expansion and execution
- Meet operational targets and deliver high-quality service to our customers, removing any barriers to expansion
- Manage and oversee the onboarding process for new users on the app-based marketplace – includes customers and gig workers
- Work closely with departments such as marketing, product, tech etc. to ensure that our operations can support the overall growth strategy
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience in automotive service or parts operations preferred.
- Experience working within a digital / app marketplace.
- Experience with independent contractor / 1099 workforce.
- 2+ years managing direct reports
- Strong knowledge of CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
- Start-up/Business building experience preferred
- Team player with strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Self-confident, motivated, and willing to learn in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Strong knowledge of MS office suite
