Operations Intern

We are seeking a motivated and organized Operations Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers hands-on experience in day-to-day operations, project management, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has a strong background in file management, calendar coordination, and is proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Support:

- Collaborate with the project team to assist in day-to-day operational tasks.

- Contribute to the planning and execution of various projects.

2. File Management:

- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files to ensure efficient document retrieval.

- Assist in developing and implementing file management best practices.

3. Reports Management:

- Generate and update reports using MS Excel and other reporting tools.

- Contribute to the analysis and presentation of operational data.

4. Calendar Coordination:

- Assist in managing calendars for project-related activities and deadlines.

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all relevant parties are informed.

5. Travel Coordination:

- Support travel arrangements for team members when required.

- Coordinate logistics for off-site meetings and events.

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in a business, operations, or related degree program.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Above-average proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
