Operations Director (Payments Experience)

We are seeking a Director of Operations that will report to the CEO and oversee the Operations department, applying a deep understanding of Payments technology and card payments systems.
Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the Technical Support, Sales Support and Deployment teams, ensuring team members meet their goals.
• Monitor team performance against set KPIs and metrics, identifying areas of improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Report on individual and departmental performance, oversee the resolution of escalated cases.
• Ensure service levels and monitor service quality, assisting with escalations as needed.
• Partner with support and Product Development teams based in India.
• Continually assess and improve service levels with sales partners and ISOs.
• Build strong relationships with ISO’s, merchant resellers, banking partners, and cross functional departments that work with the Operations team.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years’ experience within merchant services, payments, or credit card processing industry required
• Strong leadership experience with proven ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve their goals and deliver high-quality service
• Focus on client satisfaction and a proven track record of improving client experiences
• Analytical skills to analyze performance data, identify trends and opportunities for improvement 
• Must be flexible, organized and have the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines

This position offers a base salary in the range of USD $80,000-100,000 annually plus a comprehensive benefits package including:
