Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Card Program Manager to oversee the implementation and management of Order.co’s virtual card solution. This solution provides customers with an easy way to make purchases for services or subscriptions that do not fit into Order.co’s traditional catalog purchasing workflow. This is a unique opportunity at the forefront of fintech and procurement innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the central hub, coordinating with various internal stakeholders and ensuring the smooth operation of Order.co’s virtual card solution.
- Manage key external, third-party relationships with key partners, including sponsor banks, card processors, payment networks, technology partners, and lending/underwriting institutions.
- Liaise with Compliance to ensure the offering adheres to all relevant regulations and network rules, as well as agreed upon partner terms.
- Implement measures to mitigate fraud risk and protect customers.
- Work closely with Product Management to ensure proper support and innovation that will allow for the continued growth of both existing and new programs.
- This is NOT a remote role. Candidates must be able to work from our office in New York City on a regular basis.
- 2+ years experience managing or helping oversee a Card Program; having assisted in the creation of a Card Program is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills - required for effectively liaising with various partners and internal stakeholders.
- Desire and ability to solve complex problems - required for addressing challenges and resolving issues that arise throughout the lifecycle of relevant offerings/programs.
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools. Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, and SQL (not required but a plus!).

The anticipated base salary for this role is $95k - $135k. Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skills.
