Compensation Range: $65,000 - $70,000 annually commensurate with experience
Overview: 

Best Western Plus Hotel City Sanctuary Operations Manager is the main contact for all physical operations within the hotel. including IT, Office Services, Purchasing, and meal distribution and inventory. The Operations Manager will work in conjunction with outside vendors to ensure operational efficiency and will be the primary liaison between the program/organization and hotel staff. The Operations Manager will supervise a staff of four (6) Residential Aide Supervisors of the following shifts of 8am to 4pm, 4pm to 12am, and 12am-8am.
Responsibilities:

• The Operations Manager monitors operations throughout the program and looks for ways to increase productivity and lower expenses.
• The Operations Manager will be in direct contact with the Senior Program Coordinator, IT/XEROX, and other managers within the organization.
• Create the schedules of the RA Supervisory staff to ensure there is 24-hour coverage at the hotel.
• On-call to address emergency situations that arise and ensure there is 24-hour coverage at the hotel.
• Manage staff hiring, recommendations for termination, and progressive disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate and approve staff hours for accurate payroll processing.
• Conduct bi-weekly staff supervision with (RA)
• Disseminate and interpret policies and procedures to RA staff.
• Train RAS staff on how to Investigate and report issues, using incident report approved system(s)
• Monitor and make necessary revisions of client's rosters to ensure census, vacancies and household composition are accurate.
• Purchase and manage inventories of food and condiments.
• Schedule monthly staff meetings and provide guidance on changing policies.
• Ensure the safety, security of the hotel and the integrity of all families and children in the physical environment.
• Conduct periodic walk-throughs of the hotel to ensure there are no safety or hazardous conditions.
• Act as primary liaison with hotel ownership and other outside vendors.
• Always provide excellent customer service and confidentiality.
• Communicate with the clinical staff on resident behavior as well as the care of those on the fragile list.
• Ensure RAS are adequately trained in understanding the Code of Conduct and/or House Rules of the hotel.
• Review and monitor shift reports during work hours.
• Conduct Quarterly and Annual Performance reviews on (RA) Ensure RAS are accessible to the HW's Employee Handbook

• Bachelor's Degree and three (3) or more years of related experience supervising and managing staff.
