Job Description
Responsible for the administration of all aspects of due diligence for campus-based loan programs. Counsel students in repayment of campus based, state and, federal loan programs. Assist with various aspects of student services including due diligence for tuition and fees assessments. Initiates and monitors payment agreements with students and parents providing general guidance on various aspects of student services. Requires cross training for the acceptance of military contracts, payments, revenue processing and refunds. Knowledge and adherence to federal, state and university policies.
