Responsibilities:
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including scheduling, logistics, and vendor management
- Provide excellent customer support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Coordinate projects by creating and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and communicating updates to stakeholders
- File and transcribe documents accurately and efficiently
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning
- Utilize QuickBooks to manage financial transactions and maintain accurate records
- Maintain an organized and tidy office environment
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry for all new intakes into the system.
- Receive and prepare payments.
- Assemble classroom area as needed
- Assist with all DUI enrollment process.
- Retrieve TML (driver history, county arrest)
- Update and print class rosters daily.
- Post class attendance as required.
- Perform all necessary tracking for DUI school participants.
- Check clients for priors.
- Respond to customer service emails.
- Assist in answering the phones and routing calls appropriately.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail as needed.
- Score all DRI tests records as needed.
- Collect & Conduct UA'S as needed
- Balance daily payments and prepare deposit slips when needed.
- Print DUI School/DWLS Program Certificates to all applicable clients.
- Assist with coverage all other Operations position at all locations.
- Miscellaneous duties as determined by Program Manager
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Computer skills, customer service experience and/or cashier experience a plus. Must possess excellent organizational and verbal communication skills.
