Fbo Maintenance Operations General Clerk

Vali seeks a General Clerk for FBO Maintenance Operations to support the AMS Flight School located in Milton, Florida.

SUMMARY

Performs a variety of duties related to FBO logistical and services invoicing operations to include engaging with customers, vendors, insurance agencies, and the FAA; assist customers with general aviation logistical and maintenance questions/needs.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Logistical supply tracking, inventory, and ordering
• Invoicing customers for services provided
• Calibrations monitoring, tracking, and servicing (recalibration)
• Managing Aircraft maintenance publication and subscription currency
• Marinating Aircraft historicals'
• Administrative support in gaining/maintain Part 135 & 145 certifications

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The following functions will be performed:

Logistical:

• Conduct and maintain inventories on aircraft parts and supplies
• Order and track all supply requisitions

Invoicing:

• Perform invoicing actions for all applicable maintenance actions and applicable parts ordering

Calibrations:

• Monitor and track all calibrated tools and parts; schedule and track all recalibration items
• Maintain and schedule aircraft calibration requirements such as flight instruments, ELTs, etc.

Aircraft Maintenance Publications & Subscriptions:

• Maintain, update, and order all applicable aircraft maintenance Publications and Subscriptions

Aircraft Historicals':

• Maintain and catalog each Aircraft historical logbook and associated documentation

Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support and assistance to DoM for gaining and maintaining Part 135 and 145 certifications

• Organizing and filling out documents, application, and files
• Tracking statuses
• Contacting and interacting with FAA POCs as directed

Other operational duties as required

• Associates or 2-years similar work equivalent
• Minimum of 21 years old
• Must possess a valid state driver's license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
• Pass a background check
