- Tracks and verifies paperwork and product on trailers
- Compares accuracy of supplier bills
- Inspect and record inbound vehicle data
- Use of Yard Management
- Process Company Driver check-in paperwork
- Follow prescribed Temp Integrity procedures
- Notify Safety Department and Garage for accident damage and equipment failure
- Assists with driver payroll tasks and expense
- Coordinates admin for all outbound loads
- Chooses and stages loads to be received
- Applies lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the
position
Role Specifics:
- Full Time: Thursday-Saturday and every other Wednesday 6pm-6am 12 Hour Shifts
- Team-based environment
- Indoor /outdoor work in all weather conditions
We Need You To Have:
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
We'd Like You To Have:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with warehouse computer systems
- Ability to accept changing work demands
- Schedule flexibility
