Overview:


We are looking for an Operations Associate - Partner Lifecycle to support the sales, marketing, and account management teams with lead acquisition, new customer setup, and customer retention. You’ll work closely with the sales team to manage and optimize different parts of the new customer pipeline to maintain momentum in the funnel and create a positive customer experience.


You’ll also work closely with our Marketing team, Diligence team, and Account Management team to optimize different parts of the customer onboarding workflow and create smarter systems within our broader growth team and company. You will play an important role within the broader growth team, and will have access to career growth opportunities in operations, sales, marketing, and account management depending on your career goals.


What we’re looking for:

  • 1+ years experience working in operations or customer support.
  • Experience with project management and executing detailed tasks with a high degree of care and accuracy.
  • Experience working with multiple teams within a company, and communicating with various team members.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The desire to iterate, experiment, and build better systems within our company (continuous improvement!).
  • An “own the solution” mentality and comfort working in a relatively hands-off environment.
  • Experience using Salesforce preferred, but not required
  • Experience working within a sales operations role is a plus
  • Experience working with a CRM like iterable, hubspot or other similar technology is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales and account management team to prepare and set up new clients within our system, creating the foundation for a successful client launch.
  • Support the client diligence team to review new client applications and maintain a 1-business day turnaround on all new-school reviews.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify leads to create a more efficient client outreach system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize and automate communications throughout the client onboarding lifecycle.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly reports on various parts of the client lifecycle to turn performance data into meaningful insights that the team can use to build a better system.
