Who we are.

Wynd is an early-stage startup that is working to democratize the future of AI: First, by providing universal access to public web data, and second, by creating a system where ordinary people can participate in the process - and share in the benefits.

We are currently focused on building the data layer of AI with Grass, a web extension that runs in a user's background and sells unused internet to artificial intelligence labs. By running a node with Grass, users become an integral part of AI's training process, and they are compensated accordingly. The growth of AI is a development of historic significance, and our goal is to distribute the benefits of its growth to everyone - putting the future of the web back in the hands of the people.

Following a significant funding round, Wynd is on a rapid growth path and we need help executing key strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for developing workflow systems that encourage operational excellence, be eager and able to learn and adapt quickly to a rapidly changing environment, and adeptly navigate uncertainty. This role offers a unique chance to lay the groundwork for Wynd's future growth and significantly influence our culture and operations. What you'll do.

• Streamline and enhance operational processes to boost efficiency across the organization.
• Actively collaborate with the founders and across various departments such as marketing, sales, and software development to facilitate smooth operational flow.
• Utilize analytics to guide operational strategies and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare essential operational documents such as reports, spreadsheets, and briefing notes. Manage the distribution and archiving of confidential files and documents, ensuring accurate and secure record-keeping.
• Actively liaise with staff and managers across various departments to align operational priorities, facilitate communication, and support effective collaboration. This role involves a significant amount of coordination to ensure that all parts of the organization are working together efficiently.
• Support the leadership team with the execution of key strategic initiatives.

What you'll need.

• Minimum of 1 year in an operations role, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
• Strong skills in data analysis and using insights to drive operational decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Demonstrated experience in identifying and resolving operational challenges.
• Comfortable operating independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment to deliver results, with an ability to establish priorities and reliably execute against time-sensitive deadlines.

Technical Skills.

• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Skilled in Google Workspace & Notion for document creation and data analysis.
• Ability to use data analysis tools such as Excel or Google Sheets for generating reports and insights.
