Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the operations team in managing day-to-day tasks.
- Assist in processing client requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain organized records of client needs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Assist in generating reports and data analysis to support decision-making.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Agent/Client/Dealer communication.
- Conduct platform trainings for clients.
- Craft clear and concise communication to clients.
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite is a must.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of automotive warranty processes is a plus but not required.
