Player One Amusement Group (P1AG) has an immediate part-time opening for the position of Operations Assistant, located at our Haltom City, TX location.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the regional operations team
- Handle incoming calls and address their concerns
- Open and distribute mail, prepare couriers and maintain files
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
- Code and track UPS invoices
- Handle time sensitive projects and confidential files
- Assist with department projects as required
Qualifications
- Positive customer service skills
- Experience with office phone systems and handling incoming calls
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Must be mature self-starters, detail oriented, able to meet deadlines, take initiative, and able to work independently
- Must use discretion and judgment necessary to treat confidential items and assignments appropriately
