Job Overview
Local Heavy Equipment Company has an opening for a Operations Assistant. Under the supervision of the General Manager. This employee will assist with the daily operations including but not limited to dispatching, answering phones, emails and any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Dispatching (knowledge is not required but helpful)
- Must have strong customer service skills.
- Answering multi line phones
- Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
- Some knowledge of safety and OSHA Laws
- Knowledge of quickbooks, excel, and word
- Must have clean MVR
- Strong communication skills
Pay is based on Experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
