Operations Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial and administrative support.
• Organize and lead farm tours of the facility.
• Handle report, document, and presentation typing, formatting, and editing.
• Engage in data entry, database maintenance, and recordkeeping.
• Assist in answering calls for both Chronic Guru and Sativa University.
• Manage internal/external correspondence on behalf of the Operations Director.
• Schedule appointments, maintain the events calendar, and send timely reminders.
• Handle document copying, scanning, faxing, and notetaking.
• Prepare facilities for scheduled events.
• Oversee office supply orders and manage mail/courier services.
• Uphold best business practices and etiquette.
• Advise and educate customers on cannabis products.
• Ensure dispensary cleanliness and proper stock levels.
• Handle POS transactions, weigh, package, and label cannabis products.
• Implement and oversee shipping strategies and activities.
• Optimize processes and address shipping issues.
• Create and present reports for the Operations Director.

Qualifications:

• Prior retail or customer service experience.
• Proficiency in accurate data entry and recordkeeping.
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced, challenging environment.
• POS and cash handling experience.
