Job Summary
We are seeking an Operations Assistant to provide support for our Service Team. Qualified candidates will have excellent customer service skills, along with the ability to learn and operate in a fast-paced environment. Applicants for this position shall be self-motivated, focused, organized, detail-oriented and must be able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks efficiently in a timely manner.
Essential Duties
· Customer assistance via phone calls and email.
· Project setup and billing.
· Scheduling assistance via phone calls and emails.
· Filing and scanning of plans, permits, and project documents.
· Project plans and permit submittal.
· Invoice coding.
· Data entry.
Job Requirements
· Experience in using Microsoft Office, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel.
· Knowledge of how to use computers and to navigate through Windows.
· Valid Driver’s License.
Related Experience
· 3-5 years of customer service experience.
· Construction experience.
Education
· Highschool diploma or equivalent
· A combination of appropriate education and experience may be substituted for the minimum education and experience requirements.
Reports to: Service Supervisor
Pay Rate: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
Classification: Non-exempt
Supervisory: This position does not have direct reporting employees.
