Operations Analyst
Seeking an Operations Analyst with experience supporting Marine Corps programs at Marine Corps System Command or attached Program Executive Offices. The candidate will work on-site and is responsible for working with the Government client and associated team members to ensure day to day operations and requirements are completed on time and in accordance with policies. The candidate works directly with the Government Operations Manager to ensure tasks are identified and executed.
Duties include:
Create, delegate, consolidate responses, and close taskers in the Enterprise Tasker Management Software Solutions (ETMS2) system; track internal document taskers and enter metrics for Operations Manager and Deputy Program Manager review.
Coordinate and monitor acquisition documentation; review documents and packages for accuracy, enter into organizational review process, and coordinate with program management office for adjudication of comments/issues. Provide Operations Manager status of documents.
Assist Operations Manager with documentation management for Portfolio Command Chronology; track chronology required documents and ensure proper storage and accounting in SharePoint.
Track and manage assets to include generating Equipment Custody Records (ECRs) for assets being issued and returned.
Update phone rosters and seating charts to reflect changes in personnel.
Review OCONUS deployment packages and route for approval via the ETMS2 system.
Review, format, and edit Portfolio Staff level documents prior to staffing for signatures.
Assist and review Secure Internet Protocol (SIPR) System Access Authorization Request (SAAR) forms and submit, via ETMS2, for access approval.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience or no degree and 5+ years of experience
Ability to possess DoD Secret clearance.
Experience with MS Office Suite applications and MS Outlook
Knowledge of USMC rank structure and organizations is desired.
Salary Range - $80,000 to $88,000
