Operations Analyst, Capital Markets (Temp)

Our Investment Banking Group provides clients with the full range of financing and advisory services to achieve management's objectives throughout the entire business life cycle. Wedbush Securities is looking for a temporary Operations Analyst to join our Investment Banking division.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Input and manage monthly invoices for various teams within Capital Markets and other WS teams
• Assist stakeholders on trade reviews, interest fees, and finalizing month end totals for final payroll
• Assist Syndicate team on various projects including the use of Excel, internal CRM, compiling revenue data, and communicate all matters to stakeholders
• Oversee advisers, consultants, and vendor client management communications and invoicing
• Oversee and coordinate investor events
• Run adhoc reports for sales, traders, and managers
• Troubleshoot sales/trading/research issues (e.g. subscriptions, CRM, etc.)
• Prepare weekly revenue numbers vs forecast
• Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University, preferably in Business or related field
• Minimum 1 year experience in an Operations capacity in the Financial Industry required
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
• Strong CRM Management skills
• Strategic thinker with creative and effective problem solving skills
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and across multiple departments and levels, as well as with external resources

The reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $28.00-$33.00/hour.
