Position Summary
The Operations Analyst will be responsible developing periodic reporting that can help the different areas in the department make better informed decisions. The position is intended to work in a flexible environment where the person can assist and develop knowledge in different areas of expertise.
Responsibilities
- Development and analysis of periodic reporting for day-to-day operations
- Data mining and analysis
- Support decision making through analysis and evaluation of different programs
- Performing data analysis and identify business opportunities that aid in the business plan execution for the portfolio
- Enhance workflow and cross-departmental engagements
- Update and develop standard operating procedures
Key Performance Indicators
- Quality reporting
- On-time submission of deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration
- 1-3 years of experience developing and analyzing a large amount of data
- Good interpersonal / networking skills
- Strong judgment and decision making
- Highly analytical
- Excel proficient
- Advanced oral and written English skills
- B1/B2 Visa
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Work from office full time
- Proficient in English
- Ability to travel to the USA
