Reporting to the Farm Manager, the Operations Administratorwill provide administrative support to farm management team, focusing on safety and equipment maintenance. Qualifications:
- Education Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software required, ERP software would be an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as superior organizational skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure & meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Excel in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Knowledge of agriculture and equipment maintenance would be considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer service both over the phone and in person
- Administrative support for the farm management team
- Daily processing of safety and maintenance tasks, including training records, parts inventory transactions, work orders, and preventive maintenance records
- Support of initiatives improving safety culture and systems
- Data entry and filing
- Represent the company in a professional, positive and pleasant manner
- All other administration and farm related duties as required.
