Salary- This position is responsible for providing administrative support to CO2 engineering and operations personnel.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Respectfully interfaces with public and customers
- Codes, processes and tracks invoices
- Completes requests for services (RFS), requests for materials (RFM), and fills out KM procurement system (JIRA) entry data for processing of RFS
- Consolidates weekly reporting for ops and engineering
- Provide administrative backup support for other departments as needed
- Codes and submits company employee expenses reports
Position Requirements
- Completion of high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior Accounts Payable work experience or equivalent post high school training
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access Database and Outlook
- Excellent people skills are mandatory and must be a team player with a positive attitude
- Must be capable of completing multiple tasks simultaneously and under strict deadlines
- Completes work on time and with minimal errors
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive documents and information
- Complete all required training in a timely manner
- Attention to detail is critical
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Reports to director of ops and engineering
Preferred Experience, Skills and Knowledge
- Knowledge of company systems such as Lawson, PAWS, etc. preferred
- Knowledge of operational systems such as MOC, Impact, MAXIMO preferred but not required
