Operations Administrator (TTH)
Pay: $25-$30/HR
Schedule: Monday - Friday // 8am to 5pm
Location: Denver - 100% in office, but after training period, evaluation for Hybrid
Job Summary:
As the Operations Administrator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of the organization. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the operations team.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operational activities.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
- Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of solutions.
- Documentation:
- Create and update documentation for operational processes.
- Ensure that all processes comply with regulatory requirements.
- Coordination:
- Coordinate logistics for various operational activities.
- Schedule and facilitate meetings to discuss ongoing projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or operations role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
