Duties & Responsibilities
Modern Grounds Ops Admin will support the operations and project management division and will be a key person in client and field communication.
- Upload final documents to all platforms for upcoming jobs (Aspire, Company Cam, Dropbox, etc.)
- Purchase material for jobs (when help is needed).
- Send tentative start date emails.
- Supporting in communications with clients phone calls, email, text.
- Prepare work orders for upcoming jobs and email to internal team members.
- Allocate items to job as listed out by Superintendent on workorder in Aspire (when help is needed).
- Time entry and approval of daily field hours.
- Call 811 Dig Alerts for Residential jobs.
- Schedule rental equipment and dumps for upcoming jobs.
- Other task as needed.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Microsoft Office proficiency, excellent PC and mathematical skills.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Detail oriented.
Pay, Benefits & Perks:
- Part-Time and/or Internship 16 hours a week.
- Working 2 days a week to start Wednesday and one other floating day during the week.
- Required to be in office.
- Pay: $16.00 to $19.00/hour depending on experience.
