An oil and gas company in Houston, TX is currently hiring an experienced Operational Trainer to join their team! In this role, the Trainer will be responsible for producing training content and building training programs in an effective manner to help employees further develop and succeed in their roles.
Salary: $85,000 - $97,000 annually
Benefits: Company pays 100% of the health insurance premium for employee plus any family members who are covered. 4% 401K match w/ immediate 100% vesting. Annual bonus equal to 5-10% of salary.
The perfect Operational Trainer for our client will have:
- 5+ years electrical fracking and hydraulic fracturing knowledge in the oilfield industry
- Develop training curriculums and provide training support.
- Utilizing ad hoc training and mentor trainees
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in use of training technologies and management systems and articulation of instruction in a positive manner
- Oversee training equipment such as computers and tables as required.
- Frequent traveling assigned within region is required for this role as well as on-call availability.
- MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook (intermediate to proficient)
