Operation Support Specialist

Job Description
The Operation Support Specialist acts as support to the franchisees. It is important that the Operation Support Specialist clearly understands their role in assisting franchisees and other departments with their goals and objective. This position will require traveling for In-Market Training & Onboarding, and field visits to current market to ensure the success of our franchisee's
The Operation Support Specialist will meet weekly in person or virtually with the Director of Franchise Operations and other key members of the corporate team as necessary.
Essential Duties Responsibilities

• Assist in the initial training of new franchisees
• Provide counsel, advice, and assistance to franchise owners/operators to impact and improve sales, profits, customer retention, and operating standards
• Promote 360clean culture and ensure brand consistency across the system
• Contract estimating/bidding is a main area to assist new franchisees and evaluate sales closing ratios
• Aide franchisee with troubleshooting prospective clients/customer's request
• Promote local vendors and corporate preferred vendors within different markets
• Focus on customer retention to ensure customer satisfaction and brand consistency

What We're Looking for in You

• Thorough knowledge facility services and commercial janitorial contracting industry and general knowledge of functional support areas, including H.R., Training, Marketing, and Development.
• Coaching mentality and the desire to find solutions to obstacles that may vary to specific regions
• Strong communication skills and embracer of our culture
• History of Building Service contracting or B2B operations and or sales experience
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-resolution skills
• Relationship builder with professionalism and confidence
• Strong computer skills such as Excel, Word, etc.
• 2-4 years of job experience in operations & field management
• Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities while having the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Organizational skills

Shift:
8-hour shift, but access to phone to monitor for emergencies that need guidance. The Operation Support Specialist is a liaison between the franchisee and franchisor. Having a flexible line of communication is important to provide the support to our Franchisees.

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
