Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire process of live streaming from start to finish to ensure seamless and high-quality execution.
- Oversee and manage our company's presence on e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Shopify, Facebook, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.
- Ensure product listings are consistently updated, accurate, and visually appealing to attract potential customers.
- Monitor platform performance, identify trends, and propose strategies to enhance sales and overall customer experience.
- Conduct keyword research, use paid advertising tools to elevate brand visibility and ranking on e-commerce platforms' search results.
- Analyze e-commerce performance data and generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Continuously update and manage stock inventory levels to prevent overselling or stockouts.
- Work closely with the warehouse and fulfillment teams to ensure seamless order processing and timely customer deliveries.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in e-commerce, advertising, marketing, or related fields, along with a Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and others.
- Sales-oriented mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to derive data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with paid advertising tools (Meta, Google, TikTok, IG, Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with a keen focus on inventory management accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic Photoshop.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
